Head of Database and Trial Delivery Manager

This role is part of our Consumer Engagement team which works to test and evaluate new information and services that are designed help consumers engage better with the energy market, so that they can make more informed choices about their energy supplier(s). As a senior manager on the team you will lead on one or more projects to deliver a new product, trial or transformation. You’ll lead a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team, using agile project management techniques to deliver high quality outcomes at pace. You’ll help to define roadmaps for projects and lead on collaborative and dynamic planning to prioritise work according to the capacity of the team and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
We expect that you will already have proven experience in delivering projects in a policy development environment using agile methodologies. You’ll need to show that you can manage multiple and often conflicting priorities, and that you can matrix manage effectively to get the most from others. Good communication skills will be key – particularly the ability to clarify complex, technical issues for different audiences. You’ll also need highly developed influencing skills and the ability to build successful working partnerships with others, including external stakeholders.
