In June this year, TransUnion strengthened its global footprint, through the acquisition of CallCredit one of the largest consumer information providers in the UK. TransUnion’s vision is to continue expanding its market reach in the UK and internationally. The purpose of this role is to bring this ambition to life through the development of strategies and business plans to continue to grow the business both organically and through acquisition.


  • Responsible for all aspects of strategy, planning and executive support within TransUnion UK, reporting to the Vice President of International Strategy
  • Member of the UK leadership team. Reporting monthly to the UK CEO and board
  • Work with the Vice President of International Strategy and executive directors to help define growth strategies for the UK and across TransUnion's international businesses
  • Develop strategic insights based on market assessments and use these to inform market entry and expansion options
  • Drive the business case development for new opportunities
  • Partner with finance, to integrate business and financial planning into a seamless process
  • Assess cross industry best practices, new business models, etc to enhance strategy development and business planning processes


  • International strategy development experience with a top tier strategy consultancy firm or similar advisory, strategy or corporate development experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of information services and relevant business and consumer markets: financial services, insurance and healthcare
  • Exceptional financial and analytical skills. Great project management capabilities, able to prioritise and deliver multiple activities, in a dynamic international environment
  • Sound business judgement, proven commercial acumen and excellent problem solving and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts, assess implications, identify opportunities and launch new propositions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. C-suite credibility. Able to build effective relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders and partners
