Following a sustained period of successful growth and development, including the opening of Kent College Dubai, the Head and Governors are now seeking a Bursar of the highest calibre to join this ambitious and thriving school.
Reporting to the Executive Head Master, the Bursar will lead and manage a diverse support staff serving all non-academic operations of the school and ensuring its overall financial health and sustainability. The Bursar will also provide strategic and commercial input into key areas of the school, including expansion of its education provision and other development opportunities. The Bursar is a critical member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, and also acts as Clerk to the Board of Governors.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective senior leadership, including the management of large teams and major change projects. This person will possess exceptional financial acumen in addition to well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
