Head of Ecommerce
I am currently recruiting for a Head of Ecommerce for a fast growing luxury business. The objective is to grow online sales 35% YoY whilst developing a long term, sustainable ecomm strategy.
My client is a luxury fashion business based in North West London. They have a hungry and ambitous digital team that require a leader to help define and grow their online presence and ecommerce strategy. This is a sensitive appointment so a more detailed client brief will only be shared once a thorough screening of candidates has been conducted.
Based in North London, the Head of Ecommerce will have full responsibility for online sales for this business. You will drive conversion rates, implement analytics processes and run the whole P & L for online sales. There is line management responsibility and we are looking for someone who can coach and develop a team around them to ensure succession plans as the company continues to grow. The objective is to grow online sales 35% YoY whilst creating a sustainable ecommerce strategy, you will work closely with the COO and bricks & mortar retail teams.
We are looking for an ecommerce wiz as this Head of Ecommerce is THE most important role in the my client's company currently. The success of this department will be a game changer for this already highly successful business/brand. Ideally we need someone who can understand acquisition channels as well as ecommerce. Based in North West London.
Salary is dependent on experience, lovely working environment and brand. Bonus is flexible and generous!
