Our client is a major subsidiary of a highly successful and significant international group operating from a single site and manufacturing a broad range of products with a significant SKU and involving multi-stage operations and a complex supply chain. It has a significant and broad ranging market presence with a substantial customer base, it has invested heavily in new generation products and it prides itself on delivering high levels of customer service which distinguish it positively from its competitors. 

This new and significant business transformation role reports to the Managing Director and is focused on planning and delivering their transformation initiative which is focused on re-inventing its customer experience. The role involves working with stakeholders on organisation structure, technical, cultural and process changes to support the delivery and fulfilment of this key business initiative. 

The role includes end-to-end activity from mapping and understanding the current state, to target state design, supporting internal delivery teams, ongoing monitoring and evaluation and ensuring that all customer experience transformation targets are achieved. You will also build strong partnerships with local customer service teams, develop and deliver the detailed plan necessary for success and provide performance monitoring, evaluation and feedback mechanisms.

 A high calibre graduate qualified individual with leadership, gravitas and world-class skills in customer experience mapping, design and delivery is required. Your background will have been built in significant organisations with large-scale customer facing operations and technology and you will need first class project management qualifications, Prince 2 or similar. Your track record in successful project delivery will be second to none, you will be a great communicator, networker, collaborator and change agent.
