Retail Sales Director
Our client is a global food group who enjoy a leading market share in a private label food category across both retail and foodservice markets. They have restructured the commercial team in the UK and are looking to appoint a Sales director to lead all sales into UK retail customers.
- A key member of the UK board you will lead a multifunction team with complete strategic responsible for commercial performance across UK retail accounts.
- You will lead a multifunctional team with 8 Direct reports and focus on growing profitable revenues with established UK Customers.
- Will represent the business at the highest level within industry and work closely alongside customers to ensure short and long term joint business plans are achieved and exceeded.
- You will have a successful track record in the UK food sector with significant experience supplying and working alongside UK retail accounts in a collaborative manner.
- Will be keen to operate in a broad customer facing commercial leadership position that requires both a hands on and strategic approach to further the success of the business.
- An excellent record in people development with the gravitas and communication skills to represent the business at the highest level.
