RMIT is looking to recruit a new Pro Vice-Chancellor (PVC) Science, Engineering and Health. In this role, the PVC is responsible for academic vision, leadership in learning and teaching and research across the college. In addition, the PVC is accountable for fostering a culture that encourages innovation, facilitates the enhancement of the student experience and the development of strategic partnerships with industry, government and professional and community organisations. The PVC Science, Engineering and Health is accountable to the Vice-Chancellor and, as a member of the executive leadership group, is expected to be fully aware of all aspects of university policy and actively participate in the leadership and management of the university. The ability to provide leadership and be a change agent while navigating a complex environment will be critical to success in the role.
