The Company

My client is a FinTech start-up who are developing an app that can be used to help with all of life's big decisions. Their service enables millions of people to connect with the best professionals and the quickest, simplest solutions for their needs.

The Role

Leading a team of 4, the Head of Digital Marketing will ensure that they reach and help as many people facing tough decisions as possible. The role would suit somebody who has experience in a multi-channel, strategic role, who still isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Devise and deliver a creative and holistic digital marketing strategy aimed at educating potential customers about and inspiring trust in their product
  • Execute measurable cross-channel digital marketing campaigns to reliably generate new users utilising PPC and SEM tactics.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of all the metrics that matter, especially their conversion rates and cost of customer acquisition.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven success in senior Digital Marketing roles within in high growth companies - Fintech or professional services would be ideal, but experience in other sectors with B2B and B2C components would also transfer well
  • High levels of adaptability
  • A genuine curiosity and passion around consumer insight and online search habits.
