Interim Partners are currently working with an independent organisation who is looking to identify an experienced Interim Transformation Manager to improve and develop their offering.
As the successful candidate you will establish management arrangements for a programme of change that will support the transformation of how they present their offer. You will work closely with the organisation's business and digital development teams to support all transformational activity. You will be required to design and plan the programme and proactively monitor its progress.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of defining, establishing and supporting programmes of change. You will have worked closely with digital marketing and communications teams. You will need to be firm but supportive in your approach, working closely with permanent staff members to deliver against objectives. Good negotiation and persuasion skills are important, as well as being able to work well with different stakeholders. An understanding of Health and Social Care organisations would be beneficial. This assignment is for a 5 month period initially, based in London or Manchester and out of scope of IR35.
