We are urgently looking for a German speaking Senior Project Manager/Director who has previous experience of leading and delivering at least two or three post-merger integration projects.
This opportunity is to work with the Executive Leadership team to integrate two organisations. Reporting to the CEO you will manage and lead a combination of internal project staff and external consultants.
You will have a proven track record in executing "post-merger integrations" with a particular focus on cultural change and alignment whilst delivering a seamless customer experience and ultimately realising the appropriate level of benefits.
This opportunity is hands-on and we require someone who is very analytical, focused and can ensure on-time on-budget delivery. Exceptional stakeholder management experience is required including reporting progress to both executive management and private equity backers.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience at delivering post-merger integration projects, be happy to get their hands dirty, be exceptional at relationship building and understand the sensitivity and complexity of bringing two sizeable global businesses together. German and English language skills are essential.
