The project manager will ensure that all the workstreams of the organisation and external contractors come together to successfully complete projects on time and on budget.
Based in London, my client is a leading nationwide Health and Care Home operator. They find it useful to have people with a background in Real Estate and Property or Healthcare or Care Homes.
Based in London, the Project Manager will oversee all aspects of launching selected homes across the UK - it will be their responsibility to make sure they're opened and fully operational on time. It's a role that will involve partnering with a range of internal and external teams to get the job done, including Operations, Support Services, Clinicians and the local authorities.
The Project Manager will need, and want, to collaborate with General Managers to create a Commissioning and Move-In Plan which will set a budget review, recruitment plan and staffing rota in place for each new home.
The client will also rely on the PM to ensure that the healthcare, housekeeping, catering and health and safety elements of the home are ready for residents.
The successful Project Manager will clearly demonstrate extensive experience of creating and managing complex projects with detailed plans, outcomes and risks - all within deadlines and budgets. It would be ideal if you have experience within New Build Properties or an awareness of care homes and their requirements. Adaptability and a flexible approach to work are both key.
A full, clean UK Driver's Licence is required to perform the duties of this role.
A salary of £55,000 - £65,000 plus generous benefits and a great team to join are on offer for the successful Project Manager applicant.
