Country Director - Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Our Client has global sales in over 90 countries. Their offering is addressing the health needs of the world, with nutritional products appealing to all ages. Their social purpose is reflected in all of their activities and therefore will appeal to candidates with a similar social conscience. This is a central role reporting into a VP for Northern Europe.
The successful candidate will:
- Quickly understand the needs of the major stakeholders and provide a world class sales support to the markets
- Lead and develop the country sales teams to deliver against stretch targets
- Work closely with the marketing team and help develop a compelling brand presence maybe through the effective use of sponsorship
- Specifically focus on the German market and drive sales beyond an already impressive annual growth, to achieve leading country status within the region.
Candidates will have high levels of emotional intelligence with a strong work ethic and a natural willingness to help the in-market sales teams to achieve their specific goals whilst also enabling regional goals. The organisation has a high social conscience so this also needs to be a part of your values-set. General management of the German office is equally important so somebody with well-developed people management skills is essential. All candidates must be fluent German & English speakers.
