The Change Manager will use their knowledge of change projects as part of broad transformation programmes to successfully engage with stakeholders of all levels to enable a lasting cultural impact to prepare this organisation for the future.
Operating across London and the South East, my client is a leading Housing Association and is a key member of the prestigious London Development Panel.
This Housing Association needs a flexible background with broad experience of change manager roles giving a deep knowledge of the different challenges, and ways to overcome them, that transformation programmes can face.
The ultimate goal is to establish a BAU situation in a much more efficient and future-ready structure than is currently in place.
To achieve success in your application, you will need to demonstrate a passion for delivering change as part of a team in a fluid and complex environment. Soft hands will be key to achieving success in this position. Prior experience in the property and housing sectors is useful but not a must.
