A fast track, high growth, entrepreneurial business based close to Amersham is seeking to recruit a Financial Controller into a newly created position. The Board has identified the need to create a new position for a Financial Controller/Head of Finance to lead a small team, working closely with the Directors and Senior Leadership team.
You will take ownership and responsibility of the company's finance function, and will play a vital role in driving the finance team forward. You will work closely with the team to ensure the accurate and efficient running of the department, meeting deadlines, providing relevant information, and delivering innovative solutions. You will also get heavily involved in a number of key commercial initiatives, improvements on process/systems.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering the core accounting and key strategic management information to various stakeholders across the business. Additionally, the role will support key business directors in various duties.
