Our client, a large housing association in the North West of England is looking for a delivery-focused Support Services interim director.
This organisation is a disruptor in the social housing sector, with a number of significant transformation programmes which will fall under the stewardship of this interim executive director. The functional areas of responsibility will be facilities management, IT, HR and Management information.
The focus of the transformation programmes make it critical that the interim's key areas of skill are facilities management and IT. The organisation will be embarking on a facilities transformation programme to include office re-design and agile working. There is also a significant IT road map that that will require support and input on to ensure successful delivery.
The interim will need to demonstrate a track record of delivery on significant facilities management programmes, with a passion for positively impacting customer engagement through their work. Experience of leading HR functions is necessary, although it is not crucial they are a HR practitioner.
