Uber is seeking a leader for the EMEA Technical Recruiting team with a passion for developing talent within the team and desire to partner deeply with Engineering leaders to hire the greatest minds in the industry across the region.  ‘The Future of Mobility’ may sound like a daunting topic, however, it is just this that Uber's Engineering and Technical teams are handling.

Delivering a premier, on-demand transportation experience takes a critical eye for quality, and they need a leader who has the same critical eye to identify the top technical talent required. The Technical Recruiting team must be able to find the diamonds in the rough, maintain high quality and hire quickly. 

Successful candidates will have deep expertise in leading teams of recruiters and will demonstrate significant experience in management roles. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building scalable solutions in new territories, motivating individual contributors and managers to work cohesively to deliver the best, quickly. Do you have a natural curiosity about cutting edge technology?
