Our client is an international cyber security software company. Over 4,000 customers worldwide are currently using their enterprise class cyber security products and services to keep them safe in the cloud. Their software is found in blue chip companies from the USA to the Far East. Their culture however is very much start-up. They encourage free-thinking and creativity and are constantly challenging the accepted norms of even their own rapidly moving sector. As part of their continued and rapid expansion they now wish to hire a Digital Marketing Manager.
The Digital Marketing Manager will own my client’s digital marketing strategy, driving both brand awareness and lead generation. The Digital Marketing Manager will take responsibility for all media and digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media and web development as well as marketing automation. He or she will ensure high levels of delivery from third party agencies and constantly strive to improve the digital approach and to ultimately impact the bottom line. This is a key role working alongside other members of the marketing team, sales and the product teams.
The successful candidate will have experience of digital marketing in a B2B environment and be familiar with all the available tools and techniques to build an effective digital marketing strategy. He or she will have experience of developing brand visibility and building online sales and will be able to manage the creation of exciting and engaging content. Above all we are looking for an innovator and a self-starter who will thrive in a sleeves rolled up, start-up environment. Someone able to drive activity and energise those around them to achieve ever increasing success.
