Head of Change
The role holder will develop and lead our client's change management operation, methodology and delivery. You will be responsible for all operational aspects of the organisation’s change capability, involving full ownership and responsibility across the lifecycle of all change programmes and projects and ongoing delivery of all aspects of the change portfolio. The role holder will be required to work closely with other senior managers and the Executive Leadership team (ELT) to ensure the service meets the needs of the business, the markets in which they operate and their customers in order to achieve their business objectives.This role is part of our client’s senior management group and as such is required to work with other senior managers and teams to deliver against the business objectives.
To be considered for this post you will have extensive experience in successfully managing a change team and a solid track record of developing and delivering a programme of successful and business critical change projects within a dynamic multi-project environment, leading to sustained change.
You will be technically proficient in a range of change management methodologies relevant to a customer-facing service organisation and proficient in all aspects of the project delivery life cycle, from initial engagement to close down, including benefits realisation and risk management.
Candidates with a customer experience background are highly sought.
