We are now looking for a Deputy Casework Director to join our busy team, based in our brand-new office at Canary Wharf.
With proven leadership experience, you will lead a team of professional technical staff to successfully complete the 1,400 investigations we undertake each year. You will have overall responsibility for managing all aspects of day-to-day casework activity.
That’s why a proven track record of measuring, managing and driving performance at corporate and individual level is a must. Ideally you will also have previous experience in public administration or a complaints investigation environment.
A natural leader, capable of supporting and motivating teams, you possess a flexible approach and will be comfortable with uncertainty and change.
