Commercial Finance Manager - UK & Ireland

This role will provide business partnering support to the Commercial business across the UK. As part of this, the Commercial Finance Manager will provide financial guidance and counsel to board level Directors, actively partnering the heads of department to diagnose performance through analysis, supporting them in correction/ decision making processes.
The Commercial Finance Manager will assist and influence to ensure that financial targets are met, and will proactively partner Business Leads with the mutual goal of delivering best business outcomes. The Commercial Finance Manager will also drive standardisation of process improvement, sharing best practice across the UK and wider business including the team in Europe.
The Commercial Finance Manager will also support the business to build realistic, yet stretching business plans and work with leaders to ensure business plans are correctly reflected in corporate systems. He/she will provide sound financial analyses of cases for new business opportunities that exist at local level (key accounts; new commercial policies; distribution channels; Capital Investments etc) and will support the implementation of ad hoc business and finance projects.
In addition, the Commercial Finance Manager will take responsibility for the personal development and work of a qualified Senior Finance Analyst.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with experience from a Finance Business Partner, or Senior Commercial Analyst position within a large, complex, international organisation.
A salary of between £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience. A car allowance of £7,000 and a bonus on target of 15%. The benefits package is excellent, and there is parking on site.
