Requirement: A strong Change Manager with a real emphasis on the delivery of Target Operating Models needed. High level Stakeholder engagement and Strategic knowledge and application. The role will be based in London with travel to a European base. Multilingual skills or the ability to engage across diverse cultures with empathy, knowledge and understanding would be a distinct advantage. The focus will be to move a shared service from London to another base across Europe, therefore someone who has direct experience of moving a complex large Business Process in this context would again be desirable.
