HR Director - Retail
Our multi-site client requires an HR Director to be responsible for all aspects of the HR function to include talent, resourcing and change.
- Lead the people agenda
- Drive the OD work stream as the team grows
- You will be an experienced retail HR Director with a consumer facing multi-site background.
- Have demonstrable track record of success leading the HR elements of a major transformation programme
- Have the capability to operate both at operational and strategic level
- Possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills, with well-developed influencing experience
