Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Head of Portfolio & Change to lead the transformation of their retail and food business. Working closely with the Executive, this is a high profile role with excellent succession opportunities.

Description
Working closely with the Executive, the Head of Portfolio & Change for the retail business will seek to deliver a range of large scale and highly complex programmes in line with the longer term strategy for the organisation. With responsibility for defining the change road map, the Head of Portfolio & Change will ensure that all activities are fully aligned to the wider Group strategy and best practice. The Head of Portfolio & Change will be expected to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels to create an overarching commitment to the change programme, and to ensure that they fully understand the need for change and their part in making it happen.
This is a high profile role, based out of Manchester.
Profile
It is expected that you will have significant, proven experience of working at a senior / director level within the change and transformation arena. You should demonstrate that you have worked effectively and delivered large scale and complex programmes ideally within the retail, food or FMCG sectors. Along with this proven track record of experience, you should also show strong commercial and business acumen and an ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships at all level, up to C-Suite.
Job Offer
There is a competitive package on offer. Up to £120k + car allowance + benefits + bonus (up to 40%)
