As part of the B2C Marketing team, this role is responsible for end to end national acquisition campaigns. Whilst maximising cross-sell opportunities & retention through customer journey analysis.

Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Developing a B2C campaign strategy across multiple channels and TTL activity (including but not limited to DRTV, door drops, National Press, Local Press, online and display)
  • Working closely with local sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and reach shared objectives
  • Achieving commercial success through cross-sell and up-sell campaigns
  • Improve the customer journey through analysis
  • Deliver a long term vision for enhancing customer experiences
  • Supporting the Head of the team and other teams to drive volume and EBITDA growth
  • On-going improvements through market research and competitor analysis
  • Agency management
  • Budget management
  • Managing and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues and suppliers.

Profile

In order to be considered for this role you will have:

  • Previous experience delivering multi-channel TTL campaigns
  • A degree and marketing qualification
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Team, budget, stakeholder and agency management experience
  • B2C Marketing experience
  • Proven industry related experience
  • Demonstrable ROI experience
  • Hold a full driving license
  • Salesforce experience desirable but not essential
