An outstanding opportunity for a research consultant to join one of the UK’s leading board level executive search firms

The company

Warren Partners is dedicated to appointing executive and non-executive directors across the UK and internationally. With a vision to be the most respected UK search firm in our target markets we are driven by our core purpose of connecting what matters to leaders, organisations and society so that all thrive.

We are known for the work that we do to promote increased diversity on boards and senior leadership teams across the UK and are accredited by the Hampton-Alexander committee for our activities in this field.  We combine our Northern heritage and strong regional expertise with the benefits of a London boutique, putting quality at the heart of all that we do. In fact, with a Net Promoter Score of 9+ and a completion rate over 96%, it’s something that sets us apart.

This is our 20th year and although as a business we’ve evolved, what has remained firmly at our heart is our shared values of being straight talking, adventurous, generous and enjoying the journey.  We partner with our clients and candidates to deliver high quality work, in a collaborative and ethical environment.

The role

You’ll be partnering with our experienced team of Search Directors as well as playing an integral part in our Knowledge Management & Research Team, to deliver best-in-class search. Following a period of induction and training, you will be the research lead on your own assignments and projects, attending client meetings, building sector expertise and a network of first class contacts that will help you to build a lasting career in executive and non-executive recruitment.

To succeed you’ll have research or consultancy experience, gained in a professional services environment. You will be able to demonstrate a progressive career, business acumen and the ability to engage confidently at all levels. Equally comfortable working under your own steam or as part of a team, you’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside an analytical thinking style. If your professionalism, tenacity and strong work ethic is balanced by a genuine sense of fun, we’ll provide interesting projects, career progression, a flexible working environment and every opportunity to develop within our business.
