Senior HR Business Partner
Our client, a global brand, is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them on a fixed term basis as they embark on a large transformation programme. Having gone through significant structural changes, this role will support the HR team and wider business with change and transformation projects, along with day to day HR activity. The role is a broad generalist but needs somebody who has either worked in a start-up technology environment or has worked within a technology business that has gone through significant change and transformation which will need to be demonstrated.
The successful candidate will be a senior generalist and have excellent HR Change and Organisation Design skills. In addition, they will also be pragmatic, resilient and comfortable dealing with ambiguity. The role is based in Milton Keynes and will potentially have some travel to London when needed.
