Six month interim contract

A dominant player in an expanding supplements market has been fantastically successful to date and there exists even greater opportunities for growth as a broader Health and Wellbeing marketplace emerges. This role will require executive ownership of its eCommerce strategic vision and operational function and the role holder will need to play a key role in their digital acquisition programmes and in improving yield via optimisation.

Key tasks will involve:

  • Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy. The primary measure of success will be website conversion, though other key areas will be proficiency in leading an Agile organization and development of a high quality multi-channel customer experience
  • Drive conversion improvements in usability fundamentals such as product and category page templates
  • Guide site innovation, including site content presentation and personalization
  • Implement tools and best-practices for analytics, A/B testing and multi-variant testing, while making customer insights and website data broadly applicable to the business as a whole

The ideal candidate will have:

  • In depth experience in a strategic e-commerce role at a managerial level
  • Extensive e-commerce marketing and traffic acquisition experience either agency or client side be a plus
  • Experience as a doer and manager for acquisition across key channels
  • Experience optimising conversion funnels, forms and landing pages
  • Thoroughly understands tracking and attribution
