Interim Integration Lead
We are currently working with one of our leading Private Equity clients to recruit an Interim Integration Lead for a portfolio business, reporting into the CEO. The role will be broad and incorporate integration across HR, IT and Operations functions of a newly acquired business as part of their buy and build strategy.
The target company will have large cultural differences, meaning the person in post will be able to manage varying stakeholders in terms of positive, transformational change across the newly formed group. You will head up the steering committee, designing and implementing integration plans across the business in terms of systems and processes.
The successful candidate is likely to have an interim integration / transformation background with availability at 2 weeks maximum. You’ll have a hands on, measured approach with strong emotional intelligence. This role will need travel across the west midlands and the south coast, and is offering a day rate of £750-900/day.
