Description

The role will be responsible for the capture, design and production of Level 4 and Level 5 business processes. The Level 4 and 5 processes will focus on the activities and functions carried out by the business that lead into the system processes that have been/are being written for the new CAFM system.

Profile

  • Appropriate level of experience of business process-mapping
  • Full software implementation and solution development lifecycle/SDLC project environment (Agile and/or Waterfall) through to UAT and training in some cases
  • Requirements elicitation and process modelling techniques, including UML, use cases, user stories, business process modelling, BPMN
  • Property and commercial real estate business process-mapping, especially in facilities and asset management space
  • Proven ability to document, review and edit processes and recommend improvements, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Ability to produce clear and qualified processes from undefined and unstructured information and ensuring as-is (where appropriate) and to-be processes are documented
  • Highly-developed planning and other project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communications skills
  • Change management
  • Ability for risk identification and mitigation
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders and software vendors to confirm processes
  • High attention to detail applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring that nothing is overlooked
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders and software vendors to confirm processes and obtain sign-off
  • Customer-focused
  •  Anticipates client/customer (internal and external) needs before they arise and presents solutions that encompass issues at hand

  • Prince2 Foundation
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification
  • Formal qualifications in Agile, BCS and/or Project Managemen
  • BA/BPM Certification
  • Facilities Management processes
  • Familiarity with Horizon, MS Dynamics NAV, MS Azure Enterprise Service Bus
  • Familiarity with operating model design and governance design
  • Delivered the E2E business and system-related processes for a CAFM system
  • Worked at a Commercial/Residential Real Estate Service Provider/Managing Agent or Property Management/Investment organisation
  • Worked in a Corporate Real Estate function or for a Professional Services provider, i.e. FM
  • Statistical/data analysis skills
  • Ability to switch between strategic, tactical and operational levels of thinking
