My client, a small London housing association is looking for an interim Head of repairs. This will be for at least a six month period, and they will be charged with leading a DLO to drive further improvements in performance. This will include increasing customer satisfaction, improving productivity and ensuring the benefits are realised from new processes and systems. There will also be the requirement to re-structure and the longer term aim for reducing cost.
It is essential that the candidate has successfully delivered change in a unionised environment, and ideally have a charismatic leadership style which will encourage operatives to join the change journey. Experience of leading social housing reactive repairs is essential.
