Employer Brand Marketing Manager
Our client is looking for a high level Recruitment Marketing Manager to be responsible for their UK mobilisation and UK Marketing strategies.
Our client is a FTSE 100 business offering the opportunity to report into a Talent Acquisition Director within a highly successful TA team.
- Develop & execute the recruitment marketing strategy
- Deliver social and digital marketing campaigns alongside Talent Acquisition Partners
- Understand key audiences and drive campaign results
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns
- Produce copy for e-comms, web, newsletters and campaigns
- Act as an ambassador for the employer brand
- Ownership of the look & feel of marketing collateral
- Manage the selection and use of local vendors in line with global approach
- Proven background in working in a Talent Acquisition function
- Knowledge of the recruitment process
- Understanding of how Employer Brand, social and recruitment marketing can impact candidate experience
- Experience of digital and offline campaign execution
