Our client is looking for a high level Recruitment Marketing Manager to be responsible for their UK mobilisation and UK Marketing strategies.

Our client is a FTSE 100 business offering the opportunity to report into a Talent Acquisition Director within a highly successful TA team.

Description:

  • Develop & execute the recruitment marketing strategy
  • Deliver social and digital marketing campaigns alongside Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Understand key audiences and drive campaign results
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Produce copy for e-comms, web, newsletters and campaigns
  • Act as an ambassador for the employer brand
  • Ownership of the look & feel of marketing collateral
  • Manage the selection and use of local vendors in line with global approach

Profile:

  • Proven background in working in a Talent Acquisition function
  • Knowledge of the recruitment process
  • Understanding of how Employer Brand, social and recruitment marketing can impact candidate experience
  • Experience of digital and offline campaign execution
