You will need to be highly competent at managing a complex portfolio of projects and tracking these through to successful conclusion. Leading from the front deploying technical process excellence skill sets, coaching team members, business process leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Black Belt Certification essential, Master Black Belt desirable
- Evidence of high degree of independent judgment for decision making and problem solving
- Highly numerate
- Understanding of process automation solutions available in the market
