I am currently assisting a large Health organisation in the North West to source an Interim Programme Manager for a period of 3-6 months.
To provide programme and/or project management leadership across a range of Board wide improvement areas
To produce programme documentation including clear definition of outcomes and outputs to deliver benefits
To engage with clinical and service teams to define projects and support effective delivery
To monitor and review progress, providing data and reporting, escalating actions where necessary
The areas of work this programme impacts on are:
Average length of stay; acute and community hospitals
Clinical variation – primary and secondary care
This role is inside ir35 and rates are negotiable based on experience.
