My client, a London based housing association is looking for an experienced interim to lead the IT function of around 100 people. Working to the CIO, the successful candidate will have a track record of operating at director level for medium to large organisations, in operational leadership roles. They will have demonstrated success and high impact when taking over the reins of IT functions which need re-positioning and energising. The key deliverables include:
Readying the IT function for ERP implementation (Programme Director reports to the CIO)
Improving internal brand and business engagement
Managing a series up application upgrades
Improving pace and productivity of the team
