Interim Change Management Director
Our client, part of an International manufacturing group operates Hydraulic presses at their key UK facility. They wish to appoint a interim (12 year contract initially but option to go perm) to lead a major change management process across the site encompassing people, process, strategy, Maintenance, Culture, Health & Safety.
- Reporting into the group board of directors you will develop and implement the company strategy whilst supporting monthly delivery, forecasting and budgets.
- Directly design and implement the delivery of the cultural change programme across all aspects of operations with specific enthesis on H&S and recognise the value of employees in contributing to the company goals crating empowerment and inclusion.
- Degree in Mechanical engineering qualified you will have expertise in Change Management and a mechanical knowledge of hydraulic presses perhaps from a Automotive Manufacturing pressing background.
- With first class communication skills you will also be commercially astute and customer focused with 5S expertise.
