Our client is going through a period of international growth and as such they are now looking for an Integration lead, ideally with significant experience of the food or beverage manufacturing industry with a proven track record of working on post-merger integrations at an international level.
The company is looking for an individual to help them smoothly integrate with a new acquisition. This include facilitating the integration process; creating a 100 day plan and working closely with both companies to establish a consistent and harmonious exchange; helping both companies understand each other’s practices. The role will require worldwide travel.
It is essential that you have considerable experience of post-merger integrations on an international level from due diligence through to business acquisition. You will also have experience of operating enterprise wide, preferably as a regional or general manager, within a large matrix structure. Experience of working in or with APAC is desirable.
