Interim Partners is currently looking to identify an interim Surveying Manager for a London based Local Authority. This assignment will be for a period of 3-6 months initially.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Reactive Repairs function by providing strategic direction, ensuring all legal and organisational requirements are met. You will support the surveying team in all designated duties; particularly in ensuring that the operational elements of our reactive repairs programme (e.g. leaks, roofing etc.) are delivered to the highest standards and in accordance with all relevant corporate governance and improvement plans.
The desired interim will be able to identify solutions to complex repairs problems, often under immense pressure. You will have experience of successfully managing surveying teams in a social housing environment. It is important to be able to demonstrate leadership through periods of change and transition. RICS or CIOB accreditation is essential.
This assignment will fall in scope of IR35.
