Interim Head of Compensation and Benefits
Our client, a leading manufacturing business is looking to appoint an Interim Head of Compensation and Benefits for a 9-month assignment. As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will work alongside the key business divisions to design and deliver the compensation and benefits strategy and will include duties such as:
- Develop a vision for our benefits strategy using internal and external data
- Advise and influence business leaders in total reward strategy, programs and process
- Build and manage an incentive plan, salary benchmarking, pension management and benefits management
