High growth international business require an Interim P2P Finance Project Manager for 3-6 months, based in Central London. You will be responsible for driving best practice process initiatives across international P2P workflows, engaging relevant stakeholders as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review current P2P processes, further mapping out areas of improvement in order to get a best practice, fit for purpose P2P function to support further growth
  • Implement process improvements, liaising regularly with all finance stakeholders to ensure full co-operation and co-ordination across countries
  • Review the capability of the current ERP system to support P2P structure and advise management on findings
  • Ensure consistency and standardisation across all countries for P2P processes eg. for supplier payments

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience driving best-practice P2P processes/workflows within a matrixed environment
  • Hands-on, detailed approach required to gather all relevant data and implement changes required
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring full engagement to drive change
