Our client is a leading construction contractor with a significant presence in the Education sector. Due to the successful award of several new contracts and Frameworks they would now like to appoint a New Cost Planner for this growing business unit.

The Role:

  • Will report to the Commercial leader and liaise heavily with the Planning manager.
  • You will prepare detailed cost estimates by analysing plans and specifications along with all technical information and performing quantity take offs.

The Person:

  • Will ideally be of degree education and have a track record within the UK Construction Sector.
  • You will be keen to join a growing team within a largescale business.
