Based in West London, my client are an innovative I.T solutions/Software business providing bespoke support to a number of medium to large sized global businesses.

The role of Senior Pricing Analyst is a key hire, and one that will likely lead the continual development of the pricing department as the business continues to grow.

Duties & Responsibilities to include:

  • Act as the bridge/business partner to the sales and technical teams
  • Advise on, develop, cost and price a range of highly complex custom IT solutions
  • Develop market competitive pricing for custom solutions that solve IT related business problems while maintaining corporate profitability
  • Prepares new deal financial pricing models, documenting the profitability and financial viability of the deal(s)
  • Create and present detailed opportunity financial to senior leadership for corporate approval
  • Interface directly with, and provide advice to, prospective clients and/or consulting organisations
  • Participate in request for proposal (RFP) responses
  • Play a key role in base case/TCO modelling, contract negotiations, deal risk assessments, bench-marking initiatives and financial bridging
  • Assists sales team and legal in negotiating the contract terms and assessing/avoiding risk for the business
  • Set Migration budget for deals and report on budget monthly until completed
  • Analyse solution costs provided by the Solutions Architects to ensure customer needs are met, whilst maintaining a competitive offering
  • The ability to lead and develop a team in the future

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience gained in a similar Pricing role
  • Proven ability to support senior management in the decision making process
  • Proven project management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Solid financial background with the ability to interact with finance and sales and technical teams
  • Ability to interface, present to and negotiate with customers at all management levels
  • Excellent communication skills
