This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the strategic development of Haileybury under the leadership of the Master. The Bursar, with the Master, Senior Leadership Team and Governors, leads the strategic, financial and operational management of the School. As such, the Bursar plays an integral role in developing the School’s vision as well as implementing its strategy.
The Bursar will be accountable for the effective conduct of financial affairs and operational business management. The successful candidate will have excellent financial qualifications and will have led and managed substantial teams; will be commercially and financially astute and will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
