Invicta Law is a specialist public sector law firm with ambitious growth plans. Since our inception in 2017 we've made significant strides to develop and refine high quality services relevant to a range of clients across the Public and Private sectors. From modern offices in Maidstone the 150-strong team deliver professional advice and consultancy across social care, property, planning, contract law and associated matters. From our roots within Kent County Council we are broadening our reach as a competitive regional firm.
In order to accelerate our growth and sharpen our focus we now seek a Chief Executive to lead the next phase of our journey; spearheading the commercial development of the firm. This is a Board position requiring an exceptional individual capable of bringing strategic leadership and operational grip to an increasingly dynamic organisation. There is much to do here and our work is important.
Irrespective of where you are now, you will need to bring effective leadership and excellent commercial development skills. You will need to lead with credibility and authenticity - comfortable working with professionals where you may not necessarily be the subject matter expert. You will be a participative member of the team and confident shaping the strategic direction of the business; inculcating a culture of customer focus, performance and growth. You will help build on what's already here and ensure that we are appropriately positioned to exploit emergent opportunities - regionally and nationally. Critically, you must effectively balance commercial growth with our social purpose and value set.
The proposition which Invicta Law offers to clients is, we believe, both unique and valuable. You'll share our values and play a huge part to enable us to realise our ambitions as a modern and customer focused firm.
