Head of Customer Experience
Gravitas are working with a leading NPO based in the South West that are looking for a Head of Customer Experience.
This is a brand-new opportunity that will provide the successful candidate with the chance to shape how the organisation interacts with its customers.
Role: Head of Customer Experience (Repairs Service)
Salary: c. ??65,000
Benefits: 30 days annual leave + public holidays + one chosen day a year, matched pension up to 10%
Location: South West
The key skills required for the role include:
- Experience at a Senior level in a customer focused role
- Passion for customer service
- Experience of managing contracts (Ideally repairs contracts)
- Successful lead a repairs workforce
- Budget Management
- Experience communicating with the board/good communication skills and partnership working
This is an exciting time for the organisation, with the implementation of a new plan which sets out the ambitions for the next 5 years, this includes providing a great customer experience. Significant cultural change is central to the plan and the successful candidate will play a major role in helping them to achieve their three main goals.
This role will form part of the COO's team, including 4 other Heads of. The role of Head of Customer Experience will have 6 direct reports, and this team will be responsible for all our specialist transactional services including new customer experience.
