Interim Senior HR Business Partner (Financial Crime)
Our client, a global bank, have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to join them as they embark on a period of change. Reporting into the Transformation Team this role will be responsible for supporting an ongoing transformation programme with all aspects of culture change and the impact of this on the business which incorporates people, systems and processes.
The successful candidate will be a Senior HR Business Partner who has gained their experience from a bank and, ideally, will have supported a Financial Crime stakeholder group. It is essential that you can demonstrate your culture change/transformation experience in detail and be immediately available or on a short notice period.
