“…with ability to travel widely in Europe...”
UK Head Office
Significant B2C health related multi-site operator working across Europe and in a rapidly evolving and expanding market. Private Equity-backed and entrepreneurially led, this organisation is positioned to continue its growth into new European markets moving across borders; there are few organisations who can challenge the rate of growth and expansion. With the Group CEO focusing on new projects, we seek a motivated leader to support and bring fresh insight to the senior teams, delivering the vision, ultimately supporting fellow Board members to take the organisation to the next stage of its financial growth and ownership.
This is a dynamic mandate that looks towards a future business leader. The role requires you to provide leadership, oversight and support to the business leaders in each of the countries served. To further develop the operational strategy, embed the Group's values and vision, improve financial performance to deliver sustained profitable expansion whilst continuing to deliver excellent customer service. You will review the commercial functions that impact upon the operational delivery and develop internal relationships that fashion cohesive management to the various businesses. Strategically you will support the CEO in terms of positioning the business to meet future demand so that the group continues to deliver sustained profitable expansion; whilst operationally your focus is ensuring continued operational excellence. This is a fast moving, dynamic organisation where high energy is essential and whilst working at a fast pace it will be essential to capture the hearts and minds of the team, respecting cultural differences whilst mentoring, supporting and integrating new acquisitions.
This role is an expansive leadership challenge requiring strategic vision, gravitas, high energy and commercial acumen. It requires graduate calibre candidates, ideally with a further management or professional qualification and experience of living and working overseas. It calls for substantive leadership exposure gained within a growing multi-site operationally orientated business where a strong customer focus and a team delivery ethos are key drivers – so you will need to demonstrate detailed exposure to developing and implementing sound strategies for growth across of range sites and across Europe.
