Global Finance Transformation Lead - P2P and R2R
Our client is embarking on a global finance transformation. This role will form part of the Global Finance Transformation Programme team.
The core deliverables of this role are:
Detailed Design - Responsibility for the Global Template (Global Chart of Accounts, Global Process design documentation for P2P and R2R and the Risks and Control Matrix.
Gap Analysis - working with the business stakeholders utilising the Global Template documentation to understand and detail the process needs of the relevant site. Ensuring that any exceptions are fully understood, documented and have been appropriately challenged in line with the Global Template to drive through the delivery and business readiness.
Championing / Change Agent for the Global Template - becoming the support and champion for the businesses to assist them in the understanding of the TO BE Global ways of working and support them through their change journey and deployment.
Design, UAT Testing, Cutover, Go Live and post implementation support - ensuring that the business users are confident in the use of the NetSuite solution and the way that the solution operates to gain the required business benefits.
Weekly Status Reporting - accurate, informative, honest and transparent weekly status reporting for the in-country plan to feed into the overall Weekly Status reporting that takes place. This will be a feed into the overarching Programme reporting and the senior in-country stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management - build collaborative, collegiate relationships throughout the entirety of projects with all levels of stakeholders.
Governance - ensure governance procedures are adhered to for proposed localisations; assess any changes required and present proposals to the Solution Design Group for approval or rejection.
You will be:
- Immediately available or available at short notice
- Transformation and change management experience with strong P2P
- Previous experience of working on Finance Transformation Programmes
- Experience of migrating from diverse systems and processes to a Best Practise, standardised Global solution
- Ability to demonstrate strong collegiate relationships at all stakeholder levels
