HR Change / Programme Lead
I am recruiting for a HR Programme / Change Lead requirement for commercial business of 10, 000 based in small hubs across the country on a long term interim basis.
The successful candidate will have delivered projects and programmes aimed at improving workforce planning and resource management from a people management basis. Key to this will be the successful roll out of a Time & Attendance system, new Payroll system and a Labour Supply tool. It is also imperative that candidates can demonstrate strengths around maintaining an existing positive culture through a business wide transformation programme.
