Our client, an International Consumer Group is recruiting a Global Payroll Director to form part of a high performing GBS leadership team.

This newly created role will be responsible for managing the design and roll out of a best in class payroll function whilst playing a key part in driving a Continuous Excellence culture.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the overall Global Payroll strategy to ensure robust governance, compliance and high-level customer service through E2E delivery
  • Drive the provision of high quality activities and transactional processing support in the delivery of global payroll in partnership with the Regional Payroll leads and external service providers
  • Lead the simplification and standardisation of ways of working and processes based on industry leading practices
  • Champion a customer focused, efficient and cost-effective function with quick turnaround through optimal use of technology
  • Act as a change agent to develop and implement any payroll processes or lead change projects
  • Oversee on-going performance and development of payroll systems including realisation of business case benefits and stakeholder buy-in

To apply, you must have extensive relevant experience, with significant experience in managing a Global Payroll Activities. Previous experience in deploying HRIS/payroll systems/processes and streamlining processes and month end reporting across countries is a pre-requisite. You will have transitioned Payroll, and centralised Payroll Services across multiple regions and have an excellent knowledge of Successfactors. It will be highly advantageous if you possess Six Sigma Training.
