Senior Manager, Regulatory Change & Liaison (maternity)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager, Regulatory Change & Liaison (maternity leave cover) Our Regulatory Change & Liaison team plays an important part in our business. The team is responsible for managing the relationship with each of our regulators, and highlighting key regulatory changes that could impact the bank. We work hard to make sure that the right people are sufficiently briefed and prepared to deliver the right messages to regulators and key regulatory changes are identified. You will work with other members of the team to assess the impact of regulatory changes on the banks future strategy and for the most important changes, work with colleagues to make sure we will meet future regulatory requirements. The role requires you to work with colleagues across the bank at all levels, including Senior Management.
The role is about working collaboratively to support a strong culture of accountability, empowerment and proactive contribution to support evolving business needs and environment, ensuring agility and flexibility.
Ideally, you'll currently have these skills and experience:
- A broad knowledge of regulation, preferably with experience at a bank or at one of our regulators.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to build strong relationships at all levels of the bank
- Brilliant at communicating
£80,0000 - £90,000 PA DOE plus excellent benefits
